Kendall Marshall signs with an agent

Kendall Marshall has taken care of the next step in preparation for the NBA Draft. After declaring his intentions March 29 to leave the University of North Carolina early, the Dumfries resident has now signed with an agent. On Monday, McLean-based Octagon added Marshall to their client list after he officially signed with the sports agency. (Inside NoVa)
