Missouri in mix to land UConn transfer Alex Oriakhi


Phil Pressey and became friends years ago, back when they played for the same AAU team, and they never lost touch, even as their careers took them to different schools. Now, there’s a chance that friendship could pay off for Missouri in a big way. After three seasons at Connecticut, Oriakhi, a 6-foot-9, 245-pound forward, is seeking a new home for his senior year, and after eliminating Duke on Tuesday, he’s narrowed his choices to Kentucky, North Carolina, Xavier and Missouri.
