Shoop tries to rebuild UNC's offense
Posted Oct 23, 2007
John Shoop prefers to do his interviews at night, once he is certain his responsibilities for the day are complete and every loose end tied up. So it is little surprise when the call comes in after 10:30 p.m. with a bushed but alert Shoop on the other end. A series of faint chimes indicate he has just turned the key to head home but he knows his work as North Carolina’s offensive coordinator has only just begun.
