The Carolina Panthers could use a cornerback, a safety, an offensive lineman, a defensive tackle and a wide receiver. They require a pass rusher. The best way to improve their defensive backfield is to get the quarterback. This is why, with the ninth pick in the 2012 NFL draft, the Panthers should take North Carolina defensive end Quinton Coples.
