2012 NBA Draft early entry analysis

Harrison Barnes wasn't supposed to be in college for two years -- and there was no way he was coming back for a third. He won't be the top overall pick, as many pegged, but he'll almost certainly go in the top half of the lottery. Kendall Marshall had the wrist injury at the end of the season, it's a weak point guard draft and guys like Barnes, Tyler Zeller and John Henson were all leaving. It was the right time as he's a first-rounder.
