UNC Basketball Recruiting Week in Review

Here's a rundown of the past week's news and notes for UNC Basketball recruiting:

-2013 small forward was expected to announce his college choice between UNC and Kentucky two weeks ago, but postponed his decision. Now he's decided to add two more schools to his list. It seems possible that either Williams has cooled on UNC and Kentucky or the schools have backed off on him. Williams has scheduled his next announcement for shortly after the conclusion of the AAU season.

-2013 power forward and UNC commit has a new highlight video on YouTube.

-2013 UNC point guard commit is rumored to be heading to Oak Hill Academy for his senior season.

-2012 incoming power forward is not only 6-foot-9. He's also a great leaper. Johnson repeated as the South Carolina state champ in the high jump last week.

-The Nike EYBL circuit stopped in Dallas this weekend. Here's a rundown of some of the action featuring UNC recruits and . Berry had a solid weekend, averaging 15 points over four games. 2014 shooting guard from Greensboro, NC also had a nice weekend averaging 16 points over three games. And 2014 Chicago center also had a strong showing.

-Here's a nice piece on 2014 small forward and UNC recruit , a life-long UNC fan who says here in no uncertain terms that "I want to go to UNC."

-Inside Carolina posted some nice video footage of 2014 small forwards and from last weekend's EYBL event in Hampton, VA.

-Chicago small forward is not only the top-rated player in the class of 2013, he's also an incredibly humble kid and class act.

-Finally, it seems that former UNC recruit and Kentucky commit , the top center in the 2012 class, has drawn the interest of NCAA investigators due to his relationships with certain advisors.

-That's it for this week. Please feel free to submit your feedback or questions for next week's recap.
