Which hoop freshmen will impact ACC most next season?

1. , 6-0, PG, UNC: An excellent ball-handler with good court vision and the ability to knock down the perimeter shot, Paige’s transition from high school to college will hold the key to how good the Tar Heels can be in 2012-13.
