For now, the Daniel Bard Experiment is on hold. With Bard struggling more than ever with both his mechanics and his confidence in his contuning transition from late-inning reliever to No. 5 starter, the Red Sox [team stats] have optioned him to Triple-A Pawtucket. (Boston Herald)
