MLB draftee Skye Bolt to attend UNC
Posted Jun 7, 2012
The Washington Nationals drafted Holy Innocents’ graduate Skye Bolt in the 26th Round, but he won’t be there anytime soon. His father Mike Bolt called it a good faith gesture. “It was their way of saying, ‘We will follow you in North Carolina. Remember us," Mike Bolt said. Skye Bolt was in talks with Major League Baseball teams over the last few days but finally decided to follow through with scholarship plans at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
