Gamecocks hold off Heels' rally

If UNC’s Greg Little had caught the ball in the end zone — as it was, he nearly caught the pass at the 1-yard-line — the Tar Heels would have been a PAT away from upsetting the No. 7 team in the nation. Or at least, the team ranked seventh in the nation. The Gamecocks (6-1) weren’t feeling like a Top 10 team afterward.
