4. North Carolina: Outside of reigning national champ Kentucky, no team in the country lost more talent this offseason than UNC. There is simply too big a void of firepower to remain among the nation’s elite clubs. It’s going to take a breakout year from James Michael McAdoo just to keep the Tar Heels among the ACC’s upper echelon (ACC Sports Journal)
