Jabari Parker’s dad won’t allow coaches to text his son, even with the new rule changes. UNC recruit Troy Williams’s top two choices are North Carolina and Kentucky. N.C. State picked up two football commitments, wide receiver Jalen McDaniel and cornerback Marcus Edmond. State tacked on another today in linebacker Quinton Patterson.
