Julius Randle, PF, Class of 2013: The top power forward in high school basketball happens to check in at No. 4 on our list. At 6-foot-9, 233 pounds, Randle -- who recently led the U18 USA Basketball team FIBA Americas championship -- is a physical post presence that can score on the block or facing the rim. He’s skilled enough to attack off the bounce and is arguably the most physical player in high school hoops.
