UNC's McDonald looks healed, State's Rodney Purvis looks ready

With four of his former North Carolina teammates taking part in the NBA Draft and preparing to get paid to play, Leslie McDonald was paying his dues, grinding Thursday evening on the opening night of the S.J.G. Greater N.C. Pro-Am at N.C. Central. McDonald made his first six shots, a batch of jumpers, a layup and a two dunks — including an alley-oop.
