North Carolina basketball recruit Troy Williams is taking his time with his college decision. Class of 2013 center Kennedy Meeks plans to visit Chapel Hill this summer. Mississippi State basketball transfer Rodney Hood will play at Duke next season. Big-time defensive end Robert Nkemdiche is committed to Clemson, but he’d be really committed to the Tigers if they offered one of his friends.
