QB Travon McMillian has nine scholarship offers
Posted Jul 6, 2012
Travon McMillian figured he would get college scholarship offers in due time. But nine before the end of his sophomore year? That’s not how the rising junior thought it would play out, but he’s grateful. Virginia Tech was the most recent college to offer. The 6-foot, 189-pound McMillian’s other suitors so far are Virginia, Maryland, UNC, N.C. State, West Virginia, Illinois, Marshall and Boston College. McMillian said the best fit for him among those schools might be North Carolina.
