On the first day of the evaluation period, Roy Williams was at the Reebok breakout Challenge in Philadelphia, checking out ESPN 100 power forward Jermaine Lawrence (Springfield Gardens, N.Y./Pope John XXII). On the second day, Williams was in Indianapolis, Ind., for the adidas Invitational keeping tabs on ESPN 60 power forward Noah Vonleh, ESPN 100 shooting guard Robert Hubbs and ESPN 100 power forward Austin Nichols. Williams also dispatched assistants to Big Shots in Myrtle Beach, S.C., to check out ESPN 60 small forward Jalen Lindsey.
