Memphis Grizzlies trade for Wayne Ellington

The proposed trade sending Grizzlies forward Dante Cunningham to the Minnesota Timberwolves for guard Wayne Ellington is official, according to a source with knowledge of the transaction. Memphis is expected to officially announce the deal later Tuesday. Ellington, 24, is a former North Carolina star who was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2009 Final Four.
