Fedora has UNC’s cup running over with motivation

To some people, the glass is half full. Others see it as half empty. It’s a distinction Larry Fedora doesn’t have to make. His glass is so full – presumably with his beverage of choice, Red Bull – that it’s usually teeming over. The 49-year-old Texas native is such an eternal optimist that he even managed to see the positive side of sanctions imposed on his program last spring for rules violations committed before his arrival in Chapel Hill.
