Matt Harvey Pitches Well in Second Outing

Matt Harvey, 23, made his second start Tuesday night and answered the inquiries with aplomb, flashing his talent and potential repeatedly over the course of another encouraging outing. He had the misfortune, though, of running into a revitalized Tim Lincecum, who pitched a gem for the San Francisco Giants and guided them to a 4-1 win.
