Eight ACC defensive ends on Hendricks Award watch list

Just when you thought all the preseason college football award watch lists had already been released, along comes the Ted Hendricks Award with its list of early candidates for the nation’s best defensive end. Of the 39 players mentioned Wednesday, eight are from ACC schools – including North Carolina’s Kareem Martin. (Wilmington Star News)
