The ACC-laden U.S. field hockey team was considered an outside threat to medal in London. So far they’re struggling in fifth place of Group B. Regardless of their performance, Tar Heel Katelyn Falgowski and Terp Keli Smith Puzo have inspiring comeback stories. Team USA women’s soccer - which includes Tobin Heath, Heather O’Reilly and Becky Sauerbrunn - is not struggling. (ACC Sports Journal)
