Four months ago, Roy Smith was running hurdles at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Now, the diminutive Miami native is utilizing that speed to find a role in North Carolina’s spread offense. The 2010 Florida State 110 meter hurdle champion has run track since he was seven years old. (Inside Carolina)
