Judge rules for Butch Davis to turn over business-related phone records

A state Superior Court judge ruled today that former UNC football Coach is to turn calling information on his personal cellphone as it related to university business. Judge Howard Manning's order gives Davis the right to go through his personal cellphone bills to cull out those calls that are personal in nature. But the rest should be made public, and they would show what number was called and when. (Raleigh News & Observer)
