Andrea Gittens was crying all day. That's how she often reacts when she's proud of her son, Marvin Williams. She had tears rolling down her cheeks Thursday as New Life Community Development Agency announced the capital campaign kickoff for the Marvin Williams Youth Recreation and Community Center.
