Larry Fedora is 'all in' despite NCAA sanctions

UNC had been hit with NCAA penalties last December when Larry Fedora was hired. Undaunted by those challenging circumstances, Fedora has in a short time established a new energy along with many other changes as UNC that are distinctly different than predecessors, Butch Davis, and last year's interim coach, Everett Withers.
