Bitter defeat for Tar Heel football

Coach Larry Fedora’s motto is “play smart, play fast and play physical.” North Carolina didn’t live up to the first part of that message in Saturday’s 28-27 loss at Wake Forest. Perhaps it was because they tried to be too fast or too physical, but the Tar Heels committed some crucial penalties in their ACC opener. (Durham Herald-Sun)
