Brandon Tate takes pride in Tar Heels' upset

The play began as an innocuous screen pass to North Carolina receiver Brandon Tate. After Tate snared the pass from quarterback T.J. Yates, he was grabbed low by Miami defensive back Bruce Johnson, who appeared to be ready to snuff the play early. All he got was a shoe. Like he was for most of Saturday’s 33-27 victory against Miami, Tate proved to be tough to contain.
