The Miami Hurricanes used to have the trademark on swagger. Lately, all they do is stagger. UM came to the ''Southern Part of Heaven'' on Saturday planning to reestablish itself as the fleetest team in the ACC. But Butch Davis beat his old team at its own game, 33-27. He knew his players were slower and much younger. He knew his only chance was to burst out of the blocks and not look back.
