Tar Heels rock Hurricanes
Posted Oct 7, 2007
The Tar Heels won the turnover battle for the first time since its opening game. Running back Anthony Elzy ran for 95 yards – a benchmark for any Tar Heels running back this season. The Tar Heels' special teams blocked a punt, setting up a double-digit halftime lead. It was that kind of day for the Tar Heels, who survived 20 unanswered points from the visitors to beat Miami, 33-27, at Kenan Stadium.
