In UNC win, freshmen have larger roles

Freshmen played a significant role for UNC in its 66-0 win against Idaho on Saturday. Kiaro Holts, a redshirt freshman, made his first career start at left tackle in place of James Hurst, a junior who sat out with an undisclosed injury. And Quinshad Davis, a true freshman, led the Heels with four catches for 89 yards and two touchdowns, which were the first of his collegiate career.
