Cooter Arnold back at practice for Heels

North Carolina reserve safety Cooter Arnold, who was suspended indefinitely for breaking a team rule at the beginning of the season, returned to practice Tuesday. “It’s good to have him back on the team,” coach Butch Davis said. Davis has declined to state the exact nature of the suspension. (Raleigh News & Observer)
