Packers claim RB Johnny White off waivers

The Green Bay Packers claimed RB Johnny White off waivers from the Buffalo Bills and placed RB Brandon Saine on injured reserve. White, a 5-foot-10, 210-pound second-year player out of the University of North Carolina, was drafted by Buffalo in the fifth round (No. 133 overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft. He appeared in 12 games for the Bills as a rookie last season.
