Tar Heels lose Kendric Williams for rest of season
Posted Oct 2, 2007
The North Carolina football team suffered more than its fourth consecutive defeat at Virginia Tech on Saturday. The Tar Heels also lost starting cornerback Kendric Williams for the season after he tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in the first quarter of UNC's 17-10 setback at Lane Stadium. Williams started the first five games of the season after not playing a snap on defense in three previous years with the team.
