ACC to review pre-snap incident during UNC-Duke game

I’ve seen the video about a dozen times and I still can’t decide whether the collision initiated by UNC linebacker Shakeel Rashad on Duke wide receiver Conner Vernon was intentional or an accident. That’s a determination the ACC office in Greensboro is going to have to make. According to Mike Kelly, the league reviews “various plays each week (and) this will certainly be one of them.” (Wilmington Star News)
