North Carolina’s offensive line will be shorthanded for Saturday’s rivalry game against N.C. State with the loss of starting right tackle Brennan Williams, who had surgery Thursday to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder. Williams was listed as “out” on the Tar Heels’ official injury report. Team spokesman Kevin Best confirmed Thursday night that 6-foot-7, 310-pound senior will be sidelined for the rest of the season.
