N.C. State at North Carolina: UNC has a very good offensive line blocking in front of perhaps the ACC’s best offensive player, Gio Bernard. N.C. State’s defensive line has quietly turned into one of the ACC’s best. It’s supposed to be plenty windy tomorrow - and maybe rainy - so I’m thinking passing won’t play quite as big a role as it might normally. Prediction: N.C. State 16, UNC 13 (ACC Sports Journal)
