The Tar Heels have a new coach, one who unlike his predecessors, has embraced this in-state rivalry. They have a new, up-tempo offensive scheme fueled by the ACC’s leading rusher Giovani Bernard. And, oh by the way, State is the underdog for the sixth straight year. In other words, everything is set up for UNC to finally end the Wolfpack’s dominance in the series.
