Batten: Risk pays big reward for UNC in win over N.C. State

Larry Fedora decided to take a huge risk by handing the punt return duties to sophomore running back Giovani Bernard. The decision put the Tar Heels most explosive player in a precarious position where he'd be succeptible to injury. But the reward proved more than worth the risk Saturday as Bernard made a miracle return that will go down as one of the biggest plays in UNC football history. (Fayetteville Observer)
