This one hurt N.C. State. The Wolfpack, aiming for its sixth consecutive victory in the series against North Carolina, was on the cusp of another success story. Giovani Bernard and North Carolina didn’t allow that to happen. N.C. State experienced 43-35 defeat after Bernard returned a N.C. State punt 74 yards for a tiebreaking touchdown with 13 seconds to play.
