With little hesitation, North Carolina coach Roy Williams is entrusting freshman point guard Marcus Paige with the keys to the Tar Heels' fast-paced offense. Combo guard Dexter Strickland was Kendall Marshall's backup last season before injuring his right knee, and Strickland should fill a similar role as a senior. Gardner-Webb transfer Luke Davis could contribute as the 2012-13 version of Stilman White.
