USA TODAY has been honoring the nation's best basketball teams and players for 30 years. To celebrate our 30th anniversary -- and the start of another high school basketball season -- we're excited to unveil the first Preseason American Family Insurance ALL-USA Basketball Team. The 10-man team was selected by USA TODAY Sports’ Jim Halley and Jason Jordan. (UNC recruits Andrew Wiggins, Tyus Jones, Jahlil Okafor, and Noah Vonleh are included in the list.)
