Strelow: Marcus Paige doesn't panic despite shaky start

Marcus Paige didn't play particularly well in North Carolina's 76-59 victory, posting six points, four turnovers and no assists in his first college start, but he wasn't overwhelmed by the stage. For the most important member of the Tar Heels' reshaped roster, that's not a bad way to begin. UNC didn't generate many fastbreak opportunities. That left Paige to direct the offense.
