North Carolina’s reward for its abysmal 68-50 loss to Georgia Tech on Saturday is a short week ahead of Thursday night’s primetime matchup with the suddenly resurgent Virginia Cavaliers. “We're going to find out if we're going to be licking our wounds or if we're going to fight,” UNC head coach Larry Fedora told reporters following the game.
