Are the UNC Tar Heels the next Dallas Cowboys?

The Tar Heels are inconsistent, offensively unbalanced, inexperienced in the secondary and youthful. Instead of hitting the panic button, Butch Davis chooses to mold the Tar Heels into his type of team slowly. Davis has been in this situation before. As a defensive line coach with the Dallas Cowboys in 1989, he watched one of the more storied franchises in the NFL finish with a 1-15 record.
