Win or lose on Monday and Tuesday, No. 11 UNC, the only ranked team in the Maui field, is guaranteed to play three games in three days. That experience could be invaluable for a young team that’s reliant on four freshmen, and on returning players to excel in expanded roles. “It’ll help us come together and really put the pedal to the metal,” UNC sophomore forward James Michael McAdoo said.
