Bryn Renner established a single-season UNC record with 28 touchdown passes, surpassing his previous mark of 26 in 2011. Chris Keldorf (23 in 1996) is the only other Tar Heel quarterback to throw for at least 20 touchdowns in a season. Giovani Bernard is now 10th in UNC history in rushing yards with 2,481 in 23 games. He passed Ronnie McGill (2,393) today for the 10th spot.
