7 – UNC is attempting seven more 3-pointers per game this season after losing last year’s front line of 6-foot-8 Harrison Barnes, 7-0 Tyler Zeller and 6-11 John Henson to the NBA draft. Three-pointers are accounting for 30 percent of the Tar Heels’ points, up from 19 percent last season. 10.7 – Sophomore forward James Michael McAdoo’s average scoring increase from last season.
