Jerod Haase is in his first season as UAB's head coach after spending the previous 13 years as Roy Williams' assistant. They were together for nine seasons in Chapel Hill, and Haase even played for Williams at Kansas. "To be truthful, by far the biggest thing on my brain is trying to put a good game plan together and play a good game," Haase told The Birmingham News. (Fayetteville Observer)
