Kendric Burney signs with Panthers’ practice squad

Former Southwest High standout and University of North Carolina cornerback Kendric Burney is back in Charlotte. Burney signed with the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad on Tuesday, almost one year after he was cut by the organization.
